About Us

We are a leading architectural design consultancy specializing in large-scale, mixed-use developments. Our projects are structured around phased payments, requiring strong financial oversight and precise transactional accounting. With offices in Barcelona, Singapore, Vietnam and Dubai, we are seeking a Finance & Accounting Manager to ensure smooth financial operations across these entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage transactional accounting duties including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of cash flow records
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes to support project and business planning
• Oversee month-end closing and financial year-end closing, including preparation of statutory accounts and tax filings
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and regulatory requirements in our overseas offices
• Partner with management to provide clear financial insights that support project-based payment structures

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; professional qualifications (e.g. ACCA, CPA) preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in transactional accounting and financial reporting
• Prior exposure to regional accounting (multi-entity, cross-border) is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of Singapore tax and accounting regulations; familiarity with regional practices preferred
• Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software and MS Excel
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently in a fast-paced consulting environment
