• Check and monitor the performance of the installed equipments
• Carry out preventive maintenance services of the installed equipments
• Provide quality repair services which include troubleshoot of equipment problems, identify root cause, rectify defects and restore equipment operation
• Replacement of defective units, components or parts where appropriates
• Cleaning for components or parts where appropriates
• Able to work in Fab environment and perform standby duties
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors
