Job summary

A leading technology firm in Singapore is looking for a qualified candidate to provide technical support and troubleshooting for semiconductor equipment. The ideal applicant should hold a diploma or degree in Electronic/Electrical engineering and possess at least 2 years of relevant experience in areas such as wafer fabrication or LED technology. Strong customer relationship management and the ability to work independently are essential. Travel may be required on short notice.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of technical experience in Wafer fabrication, LED, FPD, WLP, etc.
• Good technical knowledge & troubleshooting skills.
• Possess a valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and commissioning of equipment.
• New installation process qualification.
• Continuous Improvement Project (CIP) for current processes.
• Coordinate and liaise with customers for maintenance/upkeeping services.
• Maintain customer relationships for product and services delivery.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to travel on short notice.
• Perform other technical tasks as assigned.
