Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a candidate for a technical support role focused on semiconductor industry equipment. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and be able to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities include providing technical support, communicating with customers and relevant parties, and managing support for various products. Candidates should be willing to work non-office hours and possess a Class 3 driving license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering, technical support, or Field Service role in the Semiconductor Industry.
• Experience and knowledge in semiconductor preferred.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with team members.

Job Requirement

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in engineering,technical support, Field Service role of Semiconductor Industry Equipment.
• Preferably with some years of experience and related knowledge in semiconductor
• Able to work independently, and in collaboration with other team members.
• Positive attitude, willing to learn, can work under stress, good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work non office hour and on-call support
• Possess Class 3 and own vehicle is preferrable
