Develop the marketing plan for Singapore & Thailand and execute marketing campaigns and strategies in the field, with the goal of promoting the brand, generating leads, and driving conversion for sales. The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders from regional and global teams.

  • Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns: Work with stakeholders across sales, product, partnership, and marketing to develop a marketing plan for Singapore & Thailand utilizing marketing research, customer insights, and market segment developments to build effective marketing strategies.
  • Cross‑functional team collaboration: Collaborate closely with other functional teams, locally and globally, to define & deliver your marketing plan. Engage & maintain direct alignment with Sales and Partnership teams in terms of all pre/post event communications, and marketing‑driven campaigns and promotion strategies.
  • Develop campaigns tailored to country/region: Create promotional materials, plan events or activations, and coordinate with local partners.
  • Market insights: Stay on top of industry trends and competitor activities to develop effective campaigns and analyze data to gain insights into customer behavior, market dynamics, and other factors that can influence marketing strategies.
  • Build relationships with vendors and local partners: Work closely with vendors, organizations, and other partners to build brand awareness and customer/prospect engagements. Organize joint promotions or events, co‑branding initiatives, or other collaborations.
  • Manage events and on‑ground execution: Plan and execute events and activations, such as product launches, roundtables, workshops, webinars, and trade shows. Coordinate logistics, manage vendors, and ensure the event runs smoothly.
  • Track and analyze campaign results: Use data analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaign performance and identify areas for improvement. Ensure that post‑campaign and post‑event reports are completed in a timely manner and monitor the progress of leads to close/won, working closely with sales to drive conversion.
  • Reporting to management: Report on the success of country and regional marketing campaigns to the marketing leader, Singapore & Thailand sales leader, and senior management teams, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns.

Overall, a successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to think strategically, and a strong understanding of customer behavior and market dynamics. You must also be able to work independently with the ability to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
  • At least 5 years or more of field marketing experience in Singapore & Thailand.
  • Previous Paas/IaaS marketing or media and digital applications background preferred.
  • Good project management and executional skills (ability to hit the ground running).
  • Good understanding and proven ability to develop good marketing plan and deliver results.
  • High fluency in oral and written Mandarin is required to collaborate closely with key stakeholders based in Mandarin‑speaking markets, where Mandarin is a primary working language.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A self‑starter, strong problem solver, resilient, and extremely result‑oriented with an always‑can‑do attitude.
  • Sound product knowledge of tech products.
  • Exposure to GenAI solutions and other related fields.
