A leading IT services company in Singapore is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide daily support and troubleshooting for various systems and networks. The ideal candidate should possess a diploma in IT, have knowledge of Windows OS, and be willing to work in a rotational shift. Qualifications

  • Diploma in IT or relevant discipline.
  • Prefer experience in desktop support and good working knowledge in Windows OS.
  • Good technical, analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

  • Attend to and perform daily support, maintenance and troubleshooting onsite and offsite.
  • Provide on-site support for various systems, network and desktop troubleshooting.
  • Work with product team on any system enhancement or troubleshooting.

Job scope: Attend to and perform daily support, maintenance and troubleshooting onsite and offsite. Provide on site support for various systems, network and desktop troubleshooting, to ensure that the service meets the SLA. To work with product team on any system enhancement or troubleshooting.

Requirements
  • Diploma in IT or relevant discipline.
  • Prefer experience in desktop support and good working knowledge in Windows OS, Basic Networking.
  • Experience in customer support environment will be advantageous.
  • Good technical, analytical and troubleshooting skills, with strong customer-oriented attitude and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to travel to multiple sites
  • Willing to work alternate shift hours: 2 days work and 2 days off rotational shift (AM Shift: 8AM to 8PM; PM Shift 8PM to 8AM)
