A leading IT services company in Singapore is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide daily support and troubleshooting for various systems and networks. The ideal candidate should possess a diploma in IT, have knowledge of Windows OS, and be willing to work in a rotational shift. Strong analytical and customer-oriented skills are essential for success in this role.
Job scope: Attend to and perform daily support, maintenance and troubleshooting onsite and offsite. Provide on site support for various systems, network and desktop troubleshooting, to ensure that the service meets the SLA. To work with product team on any system enhancement or troubleshooting.
