• 2 - 5 years working experience in Equipment Hands-On, Design & Project Management in Electronics / Semiconductor Back End Industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects involving CAPEX budget proposals/justification, conceptualization, manufacturing, installation and commissioning of new machines.
• Develop and review equipment specifications, identify and select suitable suppliers, conduct tender evaluations.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
