Job Description
- Deliver application support and technical solutions for probe cards to customers across Singapore and overseas.
- Partner with the sales team to identify customer requirements and provide onsite support to resolve probe-related issues.
- Work closely with HQ counterparts to acquire knowledge of new products and technologies, and support customers in resolving probe card issues.
- Support customers throughout the full product development lifecycle, including evaluation, qualification, and mass production.
- Provide technical feedback to internal teams and ensure RMA probe cards undergo necessary repairs before being returned to customers.
- Work closely with customer product engineers to troubleshoot, validate, and ensure probe cards are production‑ready.
- Participate in DOE projects at customer sites to enhance probe card testing performance.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams, including HQ counterparts, to address diverse customer needs and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Degree, Diploma, or ITI in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of electronic components and their applications.
- Demonstrated ability in analytical thinking and effective problem solving.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to customers.
- Customer‑focused, proactive, and equipped with a strong problem‑solving mindset.
- Hands‑on experience with PCBA‑level components, connectors, wireless or electromechanical modules, and analog and digital applications is an added advantage.
