Job summary

A leading fiduciary services firm in Singapore seeks a Senior Manager to oversee governance workflows, manage comprehensive client documentation, and ensure high quality service delivery. The ideal candidate will have 6–10 years of relevant experience in transaction banking or corporate roles, possess strong document review skills, and have a solid understanding of compliance frameworks. This role entails significant stakeholder management and process improvement responsibilities, making it critical for candidates to demonstrate attention to detail and proactive communication skills.

Qualifications

  • 6–10 years' experience in transaction banking, paralegal roles, or corporate secretarial roles.
  • Experience with fund administration or client services in an offshore context.
  • Exposure to Cayman/BVI or offshore structures is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage board packs, resolutions, and statutory documentation.
  • Oversee lifecycle management of entities including incorporations and restructurings.
  • Ensure compliance with AML/CFT and other regulatory frameworks.
  • Act as a key contact for clients regarding governance and documentation.
  • Mentor junior colleagues and support process improvement initiatives.
