A leading company in ferrous metal trade in Singapore is seeking a Business Development Executive to grow revenue in assigned markets. Responsibilities include developing business plans, building client relationships, and conducting market research. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field.
- At least Ferrous Metal Trade working experience.
- Strong language skills (spoken & written) are required.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute new business development plans to grow revenue in assigned markets.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities; build relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Collaborate across teams—including Marketing, Product, Operations—to align offerings with market needs.
- Conduct market research: assess competitive landscape, market trends, customer needs.
- Prepare proposals/presentations to senior management and clients in Japanese, Chinese where required.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field.
- At least Ferrous Metal Trade working experience (i.e. managing new business / key account development).
- Strong language skills in (spoken & written) are required, Multi language skills are highly welcome
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, think strategically, and execute tactically.
- Strong networking skills and ability to build long-term relationships.
