Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations for FCL services.
  • Anticipate operational challenges and address them proactively.
  • Lead Customer Service team in support delivery.
  • Prepare shipping documents in compliance with regulations.
  • Monitor KPIs and report to management.
  • Manage multi-country RFQs for accurate quotations.
  • Enhance operational workflows and service quality.
