Role Overview:

We are seeking a Fashion Designer with a passion for creativity and innovation to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing a range of clothing and lifestyle products, including baby/kids wear, adult clothing and more. You will work closely with the founders and other team members to bring fresh ideas and trends to our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop fashion collections, including sketches, patterns, and prototypes for clothing and accessories.
• Collaborate with the founders and team to create unique designs aligned with the brand’s vision.
• Research and stay updated on fashion trends, materials, and techniques.
• Oversee the production process to ensure that designs are produced accurately and efficiently.
• Create technical drawings and specification sheets for garment construction.
• Participate in fabric sourcing, color selection, and garment fittings.
• Manage multiple design projects and ensure timely completion.

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of clothing construction, pattern-making, and sewing techniques.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or other design software.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of fashion designs, particularly in baby/kids wear and adult clothing.
• Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience in photography and product styling.
• Familiarity with sustainable fashion and eco-friendly materials.
