A leading management firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced facility manager responsible for planning and coordinating building services. The role requires leading a team, liaising with clients, and ensuring project compliance. Candidates should have a degree in Facility Management or Engineering, with at least 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in Singapore. Strong leadership, communication skills, and a positive attitude are essential. This role promises engaging challenges in a dynamic environment.
Be responsible for the planning, scheduling, controlling and coordinating of building services related works in terms of preventive, breakdown, rectifying works.
To work with and lead a team of supervisors & skilled workers to carry out their works accurately and timely and to ensure that works on site are carried out according to client requirement.
Liaise and hold meetings with clients, managing agent & sub-contractor to ensure that all requirements by clients and relevant authorities are adhered.
Monitor, track and provide timely project progress reports to the management.
Able to handle feedback from client positively and close the loop via email.
Able to write incident report upon collecting ground information.
Candidate must possess at least Degree in Facility Management or any Engineering fields
Committed, positive attitude & able to handle projects independently
Good team player with ability to lead and multi-task
At least 5 year of working experience in the related field inclusive of 2 years Singapore experience
Specialist Diploma in Construction Productivity is an added advantage
