Job summary

A facility management company in Singapore is seeking a Facility Technician to maintain the building's security and appearance. This role includes conducting routine maintenance, troubleshooting repairs, and liaising with vendors. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Preference will be given to those with knowledge of health and safety regulations. This position is open to Singapore citizens and permanent residents only.

Qualifications

• 3 years of working experience in a similar role.
• Basic understanding of elevators and fire alarms.
• Valid driving license is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Ensure security and general appearance of building and surrounding areas.
• Conduct routine maintenance and regular check-ups.
• Schedule with vendors and contractors.
• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning items.
• Maintain inventory of facility supplies.
• Ensure facility service maintenances are carried out.
