Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years in facility/building maintenance.

• Strong understanding of WSH experience and behavior.

Responsibilities

• Perform all preventive and corrective maintenance within the building.
• Respond promptly to all maintenance complaints, including parts replacement.
• Carry out weekly and monthly preventive maintenance tasks.
• Ensure all building facilities and equipment are properly and regularly maintained.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
