Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a customer service and/or cleaning-related industry.
• Basic knowledge of housekeeping services, waste management or pest control.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of cleaning, waste management, and pest control.
• Assist manager with scheduling and routines.
• Supervise and inspect outsourced vendor work.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies.
• Prepare and disseminate various operational reports.
• Support events requiring additional cleaning and waste management.
