• Minimum 3 years of related working experience in FM.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience for certain disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance works.
• Attend to feedback from building occupants.
• Oversee contractors for maintenance tasks.
• Inspects building areas and report defects.

Skills

Knowledge of M&E or Facilities Management services

Ability to work independently under pressure

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Education

Diploma in Building or Facilities related disciplines

ITE/NTC facility or technical disciplines
