Job summary

A leading HR management company in Singapore is seeking a skilled Engineer to enhance and maintain various mechanical systems, including HVAC and utilities. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant hands-on experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a diploma or higher in Engineering. This role focuses on maximizing system uptime and driving operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of HVAC, cleanroom, utilities, and fire protection systems.
• Experience with maintenance and technical issue resolution.
• Hands-on industry experience of at least 2 years.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance mechanical systems (HVAC, cleanroom, utilities, fire protection, chilled water, exhaust, compressed dry air, secondary cooling water loops and etc).
• Develop and implement maintenance programs to maximize uptime.
• Monitor performance and resolve technical issues.
• Drive cost, safety, quality, and efficiency improvements.
• Manage project installations and stakeholder coordination.

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in Engineering (or equivalent).
• Solid knowledge of mechanical systems, utilities, and process equipment.
• At least 2 years of relevant hands‑on industry experience.
