Job description

Duration: 6-Month Contract
Location: Alexandra Road, Singapore
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to deliver and maintain world‑class retail environments for our consumers and store teams. Based in Singapore, you will join the Direct Stores Team and support the Direct Stores business, reporting to the SEA&I Store Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Store Maintenance Services

  • Manage store services and programs, including general maintenance, repairs, cleaning, pest control, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Oversee ServiceChannel (digital tool) for work order management and performance monitoring.
  • Coordinate vendor onboarding and manage vendor relationships.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for store teams and handle emergency responses.

Store Supplies

  • Coordinate supply orders via ServiceChannel.
  • Maintain and update supply lists.

Financial Administration

  • Monitor store P&L spend and ensure financial control.
  • Manage budgets effectively.

Sustainability

  • Execute and monitor sustainability programs.
  • Lead program rollouts and serve as territory point of contact.

New Store Openings, Remodels, Relocations & Closures

  • Lead and coordinate project planning sessions (Milestone Meetings) with cross‑functional teams.
  • Own and manage the New Store Opening checklist.
Who You Will Work With

You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Real Estate, Store Construction, Store Operations, Legal, Finance, Loss Prevention, Technology, Demand Supply Management, Territory Leadership, and Sales Teams), as well as landlords, partners, and contractors to maintain a world‑class retail environment.

What You Bring
  • Passion and interest in sports and fashion.
  • 2–3 years of experience in similar roles or retail store operations.
  • Strong project and task management skills.
  • Experience in budget planning and forecasting.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple vendors and communicate effectively externally.
  • Familiarity with industry terminology and standards.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
