Salary Range (Full-time): SGD 3,2000 – SGD 4,400/month

Overall Job Objectives

We are looking for a F&B Supervisor / Assistant Restaurant Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the daily front‑of‑house operations to ensure smooth service flow, high‑quality dining experiences, and superior customer satisfaction. This role supports in managing staff, maintaining outlet standards, and upholding the brand’s commitment to authentic Korean hospitality across all concepts.

Core Responsibilities
  • Assist in overall branch operations and day‑to‑day floor management.

  • Work closely with team to ensure smooth and efficient FOH service.

  • Supervise opening and closing procedures, ensuring all SOPs and protocols are strictly followed.

  • Maintain detailed records of daily, weekly, and monthly sales, costs, and operational revenues.

  • Manage and organise vendor contracts, invoices, purchasing documents, and operational paperwork.

  • Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards across the outlet.

  • Coordinate communication between FOH and BOH teams to maintain service consistency and food quality.

  • Interact positively with guests, ensuring high satisfaction while gathering feedback for improvement.

  • Respond promptly to customer complaints or concerns and propose appropriate resolutions.

  • Supervise and maintain outlet cleanliness, visual standards, and service readiness at all times.

Job Specifications
  • A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field (hospitality or retail‑related fields are a plus).

  • Prior experience as a F&B Supervisor/ Assistant Manager in a similar role within the hospitality industry.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

  • Excellent conflict resolution and team management abilities.

  • Availability to work within the restaurant’s operating hours, including weekends and holidays.

  • Ensure smooth daily operations with consistent service quality and strong alignment between FOH and BOH teams.

  • Maintain accurate and organised documentation of sales, costs, inventory, and vendor‑related records.

  • Drive superior customer satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and utilising guest feedback for service or menu improvements.

  • Support training, scheduling, and performance development of FOH staff to build a motivated and efficient team.
