Our mission is simple – to ignite passion and bring joy worldwide. We are now looking for an experienced F&B Operations Supervisor to join our growing Singapore team and oversee the operational excellence of our upcoming F&B projects.

About the Role

You will oversee the day-to-day operations of F&B outlets within your assigned region. This includes sales performance, team management, store operations, inventory and attendance management, and driving operational standards across all stores. This is a key leadership role that bridges HQ expectations with on-ground execution, ensuring smooth operations, and consistent delivery of brand experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and ensure achievement of sales targets across stores. Monitor KPIs and guide store teams to meet operational and commercial goals.
  • Implement company operational and assessment standards across stores.
  • Conduct monthly evaluations of each outlet and consolidate results for reporting to the Operations Manager/HQ.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the performance recognition process.
  • Foster a positive and motivating work environment to strengthen team morale and improve staff engagement.
  • Coach and develop store leaders to elevate overall team capability and operational performance.
  • Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams at HQ to coordinate resources and support marketing, operational, and project-related needs.
  • Work closely with HQ departments to complete related operational tasks, project deliverables, and other assignments as required.
About You
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the F&B industry, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
  • Able to accommodate frequent business travel.
  • Prior experience managing or overseeing outsourced F&B vendors or operations in an events, hospitality, or multi-outlet environment is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively, with the ability to meet tight timelines and KPIs.
  • Strong team management and leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent execution ability and strong adaptability in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven capability in developing and nurturing teams, with a focus on building long-term talent strength.
