Job summary

A prestigious club in Singapore is seeking a Food and Beverage Operations Executive to lead operations and ensure compliance with service, food hygiene, and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience and a 'O' level or professional certificate. Responsibilities include developing training manuals, managing staff, and handling customer feedback. Excellent communication skills and professional certification in culinary arts/service are required for this role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Assist to develop training manuals and conduct On-Job-Training for new operational staff.
  • Ensure operational staff carry out smooth running of the operations.
  • Responsible for the quality and quantity of food & beverage and ensure that hygiene standards are maintained.
  • Attend to members’ complaints and feedbacks.
  • Motivate operational staff to achieve compliments within the target.
