Job summary

A leading F&B establishment in Singapore is seeking an experienced F&B Manager to oversee daily operations and manage a team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of management experience in the F&B sector, possess strong leadership skills, and be able to maintain customer relations with local and foreign clientele. Responsibilities include inventory management, staff training, and ensuring high customer service standards. The role may require some overtime.

Qualifications

  • Design and put up simple advertisements for food stalls.

  • Handle customers' complaints or feedback.
  • Handle conflicts among staff.

Overview

Looking for F&B Manager of at least 3 years and above, to deploy to F&B outlets. Daily job scope includes overseeing daily operations, procurement of goods and inventory control management. Willing to learn and pick up basic cashiering skills. Possess good service attitude to handle customers orders, be able to PR with local and foreign customers to hone customers relationship and handle their requests. Possess good leadership skills to lead a team of 10 or more staff. May be required to do overtime from time to time, when required to.

Responsibilities
  • Settle government official documents and manpower issues, including basic wages calculations, apply foreign workers permit, and settle local staffing problems.
  • Know or be willing to learn the basics of making hot beverages.
  • Design and put up simple advertisements for empty food stalls.
  • Prepare sales reports and set monthly sales targets for staff.
  • Train new staff on the correct language and educate them on the company's SOP.
  • Ensure public lavatories are kept in order and maintained; may be required to assist hands-on if manpower is short.
  • Handle customers' complaints or feedback and implement corrective actions.
  • Handle conflicts or disputes among staff.
  • Procure goods by maintaining good communication and relationships with suppliers and monitor daily inventory levels.
