A leading F&B company in Singapore is seeking Management Trainees to become future leaders in the industry. This entry-level position offers comprehensive training across in-house food and beverage brands. Qualifications

• Entry level candidates are welcome to apply.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) to liaise with English and Chinese speaking business associates.
• Relevant working experience in the F&B industry is a plus, but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned tasks and assist with day-to-day operations.
• Assist the manager to ensure smooth operations and financial aspect.
• Gain knowledge of food/drinks stall operations.
• Supervise store operations, cash control, and shift management.
• Co-lead the team to create a positive experience for customers.
• Ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare documents and update records.
