Senior HR Executive / Senior HR Personnel
Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee engagement.
  • Lead recruitment strategy: craft job descriptions, source candidates, conduct interviews, and make hiring recommendations to management.
  • Review and implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance in line with MOM regulations (EA, LASEA, WSHA).
  • Manage payroll preparation, monthly HR reports, manpower planning, and HR audits.
  • Advise management on HR matters such as retention, discipline, performance issues, and manpower optimisation.
  • Lead employee relations: handle grievances, counselling, and conflict resolution professionally.
  • Support and improve appraisal systems, KPI setting, and training & development plans.
  • Drive HR initiatives such as culture-building, welfare programmes, digitalisation, and HR process improvement.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, benefits administration, and HRIS data integrity.
  • Represent HR in meetings with department heads and management.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore HR laws and regulations.
  • Experience in recruitment, payroll coordination, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
