• Monitor workflow and recommend improvements or increase efficiency.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely communication of orders and delivery of food.
• Oversee condition of seating premises.
• Assist in conducting training for service staff when required to improve service standards.
• Any other duties that might be assigned from time to time.

Overview

Service Crew Captain | Chinese cuisine & Japanese cuisine | 5 Days | Up to $2.8k | Thomson

5 Days Work Week (Mon & Tuesday off)

Working hours: 10:30am-3:00pm, 3:00pm-6:00pm break, 6:00pm-10:30pm

Salary: Basic $2800 + shift allowance = $3000

Location: Country OR Island club, transport pick up at Thomson & Caldecott MRT

• Monitor workflow and recommend improvements or increase efficiency.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely communication of orders and delivery of food.
• Oversee condition of seating premises.
• Assist in conducting training for service staff when required to improve service standards.
