Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers when they arrive at the outlet.
• Learn the products and be familiar with all menu items.
• Present the menu clearly and suggest suitable food and drink options to customers.
• Take orders using the point-of-sale (POS) system and serve orders to tables accurately.
• Clear and reset tables according to hygiene standards and requirements.
• Keep the service station clean and well-organised.
• Carry out other assigned duties related to restaurant service and cleanliness.
• Follow health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards.
• Respond to guest feedback promptly and professionally.
• Attend briefings, meetings, and training sessions as assigned.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.
