Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in export coordination or international customer service.
• Strong knowledge of export Incoterms (FOB, CIF, EXW, DAP, DDP, etc.).
• Hands-on experience preparing export shipping documentation.
• Good understanding of global trade requirements and export compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage export customer orders from enquiry to shipment and invoicing.
• Provide prompt and professional customer service to overseas customers.
• Prepare, verify, and manage all export shipping documents.
• Ensure compliance with Incoterms and customs regulations.
• Liaise with internal teams and freight forwarders for delivery.
• Track shipments and resolve logistics issues.
• Support the sales team with documentation and customer communication.
