We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Export Customer Service & Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with solid experience in export operations, Incoterms, and international shipping documentation, who are confident working in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.

✨ Key Responsibilities
  • Manage export customer orders from enquiry, quotation, order processing, to shipment and invoicing
  • Provide prompt and professional customer service to overseas customers and partners
  • Prepare, verify, and manage all export shipping documents (e.g., commercial invoice, packing list, COO, BL/AWB, certificate of analysis, etc.)
  • Ensure full compliance with Incoterms, customs requirements, and destination country regulations
  • Liaise with internal teams, freight forwarders, warehouses, and customers to ensure smooth and timely delivery
  • Track shipments, monitor dispatch schedules, and proactively resolve delays or logistics issues
  • Support the sales team with documentation, order follow-ups, and customer communication
