Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore is looking for candidates to manage flight bookings and export documentation. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance, monitoring shipments, and preparing reports. Candidates should have 3-5 years of relevant experience and good MS Office skills.   • Prepare and submit monthly customer reports.
  • Liaise on shipment handling and status.
  • Ensure all shipments adhere to SOP.

  • Mon–Fri: 9:00am – 6:30pm

  • Sat (Alternate): 9:00am – 1:00pm

Job Scope
  • Provide flight details to customers upon booking confirmation.

  • Verify export documentation compliance and process export permits and customs clearance.

  • Monitor shipment onboard status and inform customers of any irregularities.

  • Ensure airfreight rates are accurate and kept up to date.

  • Stay updated on airline and regulatory requirements.

  • Prepare and submit monthly customer reports on time.

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on shipment handling and status.

  • Ensure all shipments are arranged and accounted for in accordance with SOP.

Requirements
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience

  • Good MS office knowledge (Excel, Words, PowerPoint etc.)
