Job Description:

• Design and implement high-performance, highly stable platform services
• Support data calculation needs for intelligent risk decision. Delivering high-quality and efficient data computing products
• Participate in offline and real-time data development to support risk analysis, model training, and other risk‑related data needs
• Research, evaluate, and apply industry best practices and new technologies in anti‑fraud system engineering
• Collaborate closely with product, algorithm/strategy, and platform teams to ensure smooth integration and evolution of the anti‑fraud system.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science or a related field
• 5 + years of full time working experience as a software/backend Engineer
• Must have prior experience in big data platforms such as Flink, Spark
• Proven experience designing and optimizing high‑concurrency, high‑availability backend services;
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to abstract complex business logic into scalable system designs;
• Effective cross‑functional communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and ownership‑driven mindset;
• Proficient in at least one programming language, such as Go, Java
• Experience in leading teams, mentoring peers, or owning core modules in large‑scale systems is a strong plus
