IBM’s Experience Strategy & Design global offering organization seeks an accomplished Experience Design Consultant to help clients identify envision and execute AI experiences that drive exceptional user experiences and business outcomes. Based in Singapore and reporting to a local Partner, this pivotal role is a key member of a 4-person, regional squad focused on driving pipeline and sales of AI experience transformations similar to IBM’s own "client zero" transformation journey. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional analytical abilities, strategic acumen, and service design skills to navigate the complex and evolving technology landscape and recommend AI-driven, human-centered experiences to c-suite level clients across all domains including HR, Operations, IT, Marketing and more.
