• Coordinate with Customer Service and instruct third-party vendors on special handling needs.
• Conduct daily toolbox meetings in the warehouse and ensure housekeeping standards.
• Identify and implement improvements in warehouse operations.
• Collaborate closely with the team to ensure timely completion of daily tasks.
• Ensure all warehouse staff adhere to safety, security, and quality regulations.
• Liaise with internal Customer Service teams to manage import/export warehouse operations.
• Manage third-party traffic service providers for timely delivery and collection.

• Conduct daily toolbox meetings in the warehouse and ensure housekeeping standards are consistently maintained.
• Identify and implement improvements in warehouse operations to meet quality management objectives.
• Collaborate closely with the team and coordinate with A-SONIC to ensure timely completion of daily tasks.
• Ensure all warehouse staff adhere to safety, security, and quality regulations in compliance with company policies.
• Liaise with internal Customer Service teams and appointed service providers to manage day-to-day import/export warehouse operations.
• Manage third-party traffic service providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery and collection processes.
