Job summary

A financial institution located in Singapore is looking for a candidate to support business-as-usual activities in market risk analytics. Job description
Job Responsibilities :
  • Support the department’s business-as-usual (BAU) activities and perform market risk analytics for both Maybank Singapore Limited (“MSL”) and Maybank Branch Singapore (“MBS”).
  • Handle BAU tasks such as generating risk reports, monitoring risk exposures and threshold utilisation, tracking daily market rates, conducting stress testing, performing P&L attribution, and carrying out other relevant analytical work.
  • Liaise with regulators to provide required information and ensure the Bank’s ongoing compliance with the latest regulatory requirements.
  • Produce timely and accurate risk reports while maintaining a strong understanding and awareness of key risk positions.
  • Deliver analytics—including stress testing, and concentration or basis risk analysis—to identify potential risk hotspots and support the Business in its decision-making process.
Job Requirements :
  • Degree in Finance or Quantitative disciplines
  • CFA or FRM/PRM preferred
  • Programming background in at least one of the following, VBA, R, Python, C, C++, SQL, VBA
