We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Strategic Communications and Partnerships Executive to support key functions, including digital communications, corporate publications, visual documentation and stakeholder engagement. This role requires a proactive professional who can strengthen the school’s branding, communications and publicity efforts to ensure seamless alignment, content accuracy and brand consistency in all school messaging and communications.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Communications and Media Management
  • Manage and update the school’s digital communication platforms to ensure accurate, timely, consistent messaging aligned with the school’s strategic priorities.
  • Plan, create, and manage content across the school’s social media platforms to deliver consistent, targeted, and impactful messaging.
  • Monitor and report media coverage and public discourse related to the school.
  • Support media relations efforts such as pitching appropriate school stories to the media and coordinating responses to media enquiries in consultation with the Team Lead.
Corporate Publications and Content Production
  • Coordinate and produce the Raffles Wave bi‑annual newsletter which includes content planning, editorial coordination and liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the production of corporate and internal presentation slides for school leaders and departments.
  • Assist in the design and production of banners and visual collaterals for key school events and initiatives.
  • Maintain and curate a centralized library of corporate assets, including photographs, videos, publications and announcements for institutional use.
Photography, Videography and Visual Documentation
  • Provide photography and videography support for school events and key milestones.
  • Manage, brief, and supervise external photographers and videographers engaged for school‑wide photography and documentation.
  • Maintain and organise the school’s photo and video archives for ease of access and long‑term use across platforms and publications.
Internal Communications and Brand Governance
  • Support internal communications and advisory support efforts to ensure alignment and consistency in corporate branding across letters, collaterals and event communications.
  • Update and maintain the Corporate Communications Handbook which includes guidelines on branding, tone, templates and usage of communication collaterals.
Partnerships and Stakeholder Engagement Support
  • Provide communications and event support for Parent Support Group (PRGS) and RGS Alumnae (RGSA) initiatives.
  • Coordinate and support the administration and communication aspects of the Triple C Programme.
  • Assist in stakeholder engagement efforts by preparing relevant communication materials and ensuring a coherent experience for partners and visitors.
Requirements
  • Degree in Communications, Marketing or a related field of study.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent demonstrated competency in marketing, corporate communications, public relations, digital content creation or journalism.
  • Hands‑on experience in media monitoring, social media and website content management would be advantageous.
  • Proficient in graphic design and basic video editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.
