Responsibilities:
  • Engage suppliers to ensure alignment with the Group’s sourcing policies, industry standards, and strict compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements (e.g. EUDR, GPSNR).
  • Conduct supply chain due diligence by monitoring risk assessments, identifying gaps, and implementing corrective actions in cases of non-compliance.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders, including CSOs, government bodies, industry associations, and local communities, to promote best practices and collaborate on sustainable natural rubber initiatives.
  • Support the design and execution of capacity‑building programmes for smallholders across the Group’s sourcing regions.
  • Track, evaluate, and report on the progress and performance of the Group’s sustainability initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Must
  • At least a Diploma or Degree in Environmental Studies / sustainability
  • Min 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with geospatial analysis (QGIS)
  • Comprehensive grasp of sustainability challenges in supply chains (e.g. deforestation, labour risks, carbon emissions).
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a field‑based and multicultural environment
  • Willingness to travel frequently to natural rubber sourcing regions
Advantage
  • Experience with geospatial analysis (QGIS)
  • Professional experience in the commodities sector and/or knowledge of the natural rubber industry
