Job Description

AI Singapore (AISG) is a national AI programme launched by the National Research Foundation (NRF) to anchor deep national capabilities in Artificial Intelligence (AI).

The programme office is hosted by the National University of Singapore (NUS) and brings together all Singapore-based research institutions and the vibrant ecosystem of AI start-ups and companies developing AI products to perform use-inspired research, grow the knowledge, create the tools, and develop the talent to power Singapore's AI efforts.

AI Singapore seeks a proactive Executive/Senior Executive (Programmes & Partnerships) to support partnership development and programme delivery within the team. The role scales the impact of our initiatives by cultivating strategic collaborations, activating ecosystem partners, and supporting end-to-end delivery of national programmes and events across education, industry, and workforce sectors.

The ideal candidate is skilled in stakeholder engagement, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and mobilise partners by leveraging existing networks and building new relationships across public and private sectors to advance programme objectives.

In addition to partnership development, the role involves coordinating programme operations and event execution, including the planning and delivery of flagship initiatives such as the National AI Student Challenge, AI Student Developer Conference, and AI for Good programmes. The role will work closely with education partners, trainers, sponsors, vendors, and internal teams to manage logistics, timelines, and on-site/virtual delivery ensuring smooth and impactful outcomes.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Partnership Development & Ecosystem Engagement

1. Cultivate and maintain strategic collaborations with IHLs, workforce organisations, industry, and community partners to expand programme reach.
2. Leverage existing networks and proactively develop new partnerships to onboard organisations delivering AI literacy to working professionals and PET students.
3. Secure partner commitments that support programme delivery for outreach, cohort hosting, and resource contributions.

2. Outreach & Participation Outcomes

1. Lead outreach initiatives to achieve participation goals by learner reach and completion rates.
2. Monitor engagement pipelines (e.g. partnerships, cohorts planned, recruitment channels) to ensure programmes are on track to meet participation outcomes.
3. Address drop-off points to improve conversion from awareness to registration and completion.

3. Programme Execution & Event Management

1. Plan and deliver AI literacy programmes end-to-end with timely execution and high-quality learning experiences.
2. Coordinate closely with trainers, facilitators, and subject-matter experts on scheduling, content alignment, and in-session support.
3. Manage logistics, materials, venues, vendors, and stakeholder requirements for smooth on-site/virtual programme delivery.

4. Data, Reporting & Grant Compliance

1. Maintain accurate records on participation, outreach, and completion.
2. Prepare supporting documentation, performance reports for grant reporting, compliance, and milestone-based disbursements.
3. Provide dashboards and insights to leadership and partners to support data-driven decision making.

5. Marketing, Communications & Engagement

1. Develop and execute marketing plans and outreach campaigns to drive sign-ups and partner engagement.
2. Produce communication materials and content to support awareness and recruitment.
3. Monitor performance and refine approaches to improve engagement and completion.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience; experience in government, education, tech, or workforce development sectors is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in partnership cultivation, stakeholder engagement, or ecosystem coordination across IHLs, industry, workforce organisations, or community networks.
• Results-driven and comfortable working towards quantified KPIs, particularly learner outreach and completion targets, as well as partnership deliverables and programme impact metrics.
• Strong project and event coordination skills with experience supporting end-to-end programme delivery, including liaising with trainers, facilitators, and external partners.
• Able to track programme outcomes, consolidate data, and support grant reporting, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholder groups.
• Familiarity with AI literacy, education, innovation, or capacity-building initiatives is an advantage.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and start-up-like environment with multiple stakeholders and evolving priorities.
