A leading healthcare institution in Singapore is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee telecommunications and support services. The role requires at least 3 years of relevant experience in healthcare or telecommunication operations. Candidates should possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office. This position offers an opportunity to enhance service quality and ensure regulatory compliance.
You are responsible for overseeing the operation of telecommunications (PABX), Workplace Safety and Health (WSH), Business Continuity Management (BCM), as well as other operational support services. You will monitor and review existing maintenance service contracts, ensuring that services are delivered on schedule and meet the required standards. You will lead and manage initiatives to achieve excellence in service quality, while also supporting and enhancing the centre’s infrastructure. You will work with different stakeholders including regulatory bodies to ensure timely project completion and compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will review policies and procedures related to your scope of services, and lead or participate in corporate committees and projects.
