The Executive / Senior Executive, Fundraising & Partnerships supports the planning, coordination, and execution of fundraising and partnership initiatives that enable Allkin Singapore to achieve financial sustainability and expand its community impact.
Working closely with the Assistant Manager / Manager, this role involves engaging donors and partners, supporting fundraising campaigns and events, preparing proposals and reports, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
The ideal candidate is resourceful, organised, and passionate about advancing Allkin Singapore's mission through meaningful partnerships and donor engagement.

Responsibilities
Fundraising & Donor Engagement
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of fundraising campaigns and community fundraising events.
- Manage donor and sponsor outreach, communication, and stewardship to build long‐term relationships.
- Prepare pitch proposals, presentations, and impact reports for existing and prospective donors, including corporates, foundations, and individual supporters.
- Maintain accurate and updated donor records, ensuring timely follow‑ups and acknowledgements.
Partnership Coordination & Development
- Support the outreach and engagement of corporate partners, foundations, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate partnership deliverables and ensure timely fulfilment of sponsorship obligations.
- Assist in developing and maintaining long‑term partner relationships through consistent communication and reporting.
- Support the preparation of grant applications and partnership reports, including data collection and impact tracking.
Donor Engagement & Stewardship
- Assist in implementing donor engagement and stewardship plans, ensuring regular communication and appreciation touchpoints.
- Support the organisation of donor events, site visits, and engagement activities.
- Help track donor engagement metrics and compile updates for reporting purposes.
- Contribute ideas to improve donor experience and retention.
Fundraising Campaigns & Event Support
- Support the planning and execution of fundraising events such as charity galas, donor appreciation events, and community fundraisers.
- Work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth event operations.
- Assist in post‑event evaluation, reporting, and donor follow‑ups.
Communications & Collateral Development
- Work with the Communications team to produce materials and content for fundraising and partnership campaigns (e.g., brochures, social media posts, impact stories).
- Support storytelling and visibility efforts to showcase donor and partner contributions.
Administrative & Reporting Duties
- Maintain accurate records of fundraising activities, donor information, and partnership deliverables.
- Support budget tracking, invoice processing, and related administrative tasks.
- Assist in preparing fundraising performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Other Responsibilities and Duties
- Support the Assistant Manager / Manager in secretariat work for fundraising sub‑committees or related workgroups.
- Perform other duties as and when assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, Social Sciences or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in fundraising, partnerships, or marketing.
- Experience in donor or client relationship management and event coordination will be an advantage.
- Experience in planning and delivering fundraising events and campaigns preferred.
- Experience in the non‑profit sector or social service sector preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proactive, resourceful and detail oriented, with a positive "can‑do" attitude.
- Team player who can collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.
- Basic understanding of fundraising and donor engagement principles.
- Familiarity with digital and social media marketing will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and comfortable with CRM databases (e.g., Salesforce).
