Executive / Senior Executive, Procurement

ARC(S): Autism Resource Centre (Singapore) is a non‑profit charity organisation dedicated to serving individuals on the autism spectrum throughout their lives. Based in Singapore, ARC(S) offers a range of services and resources tailored to meet the growing concerns and needs of the autism community.

As Executive / Senior Executive in the Procurement Department, you will be instrumental in supporting the organisation’s procurement function, reviewing procurement requests, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, and providing advisory services to internal stakeholders. This role is critical in maintaining transparency, cost‑effectiveness and adherence to organisational policies with the use of procurement system/tools. Your impact and contribution will include:

Responsibilities
  • Review procurement requests from departments to ensure specifications are complete and suitable for publication, evaluation, award and contract management in compliance with procurement policy.
  • Manage the end‑to‑end procurement process on the procurement system with stakeholders, including reviewing tenders, evaluating submissions and ensuring proper documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide guidance on procurement best practices, sourcing strategies and policy requirements.
  • Ensure all procurement activities adhere to organisational policies, regulatory requirements and audit standards.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for procurement process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate and facilitate procurement‑related training programmes for staff to build awareness and capability.
  • Participate in ad‑hoc projects as assigned by management.
Requirements

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
