  • Manage ad-hoc corporate duties as required.

Job Description
  • Handle full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties including company incorporations, registration of foreign branches and representative offices, striking-off of companies, preparation of directors’, shareholders’ resolutions or meetings for organisational corporate secretarial matters of clients, application of employment passes, opening of bank accounts & change of signatories, etc.
  • Assist in drafting and updating database of corporate secretarial precedents.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements by the company and clients.
  • Perform CPF for Client (CPF, Giro and CPF Monthly Submission and Computation).
  • Any other corporate and ad‑hoc duties as required.
Job Requirements
  • Possession of a university degree, preferably in corporate secretarial studies, law, business management or a related field.
  • Ability to be responsive to urgent matters when necessary.
  • Able to work under pressure and in a fast‑paced working environment.
  • Able to work independently &;} “. &meet deadlines.
