The Role
  • We are hiring a Consultant / Senior Consultant to join our core team.
  • You will manage full-cycle recruitment involving business development, candidate engagement, and delivery within your chosen vertical.
  • This is a performance-driven desk where you will develop your own client base, supported by shared tools and collective knowledge.
  • You will have access to LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn CRM, and shared live mandates, with full visibility across accounts and activity.
  • You will run your desk with autonomy, supported by a structured and transparent framework.
