Job Description
  • Work closely with Clinical Services, Clinical Heads, other staff members of Clinical Services, internal and external stakeholders.
  • Host and provide secretariat support for weekly CME Talks that are required to be held seamlessly, ensure smooth and accurate reimbursement of educational grants.
  • Provide secretariat support for Patient Record Review Committee meetings and audit medical case notes to ascertain the level of completeness of clinical documentation.
  • Provide oversight on document control matters, work with internal stakeholders to coordinate/work on the development or update of Clinical Services’ policies and work instructions in the hospital are updated timely.
  • Provide administrative and secretariat support for various committees and ensure proper documentation of all meetings and follow-up.
Requirements
  • Diploma or basic degree holder
  • Strong team player with good interpersonal andcommunication skills (verbal and written)
  • Experience in related areas (eg. healthcare, clinical operations, finance) and good accounting skills would be an advantage
  • Keen eye for details
  • Adaptable, able to multi-task, work well independently and eager to learn.
