Purpose and Scope

The Site Engineer – M&E is responsible for overseeing the installation, coordination and quality assurance of mechanical and electrical systems on‑site within built environment projects. This role ensures that M&E works are executed according to design specifications, safety standards and project timelines. The engineer collaborates with contractors, consultants and other site personnel to resolve technical issues, conduct inspections and support efficient project delivery.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Review project specifications and technical clarifications.
• Responsible for M&E works such as ACMV, electrical, plumbing and sanitary.
• Coordinate with engineers and architects, perform site supervision and coordination of M&E works.
• Review all M&E shop drawings from design team and submit to consultant.

Qualification, Skills and Experience

• Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.
• Minimally 3 years in construction industry with direct experience as an M&E coordinator/site engineer.
