Job Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized Executive to support our scenic department. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating in-house artists, supervising thematic vendors, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth execution of maintenance and repair tasks related to thematic elements, facades, and hardscape across attractions such as Universal Studios Singapore (USS), Adventure Cove Waterpark (ACW), and Singapore Oceanarium, as well as artistic projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with vendors, in-house artists, and internal teams to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, documentation of work, progress reports, and daily reports.
  • Plan and schedule artist works, including materials requisition and notification of works to other departments.
  • Supervise vendors during night shifts and events, and coordinate works with in-house artists.
  • Ensure high-quality work by collaborating with the team on paint systems, material selections, color matching for effect painting, themed elements, props, theme facades, and theme flooring works.
  • Develop and deliver presentations using PowerPoint, showcasing good written and presentation skills.
  • Maintain a keen eye for details on workmanship, understanding and appreciating arts and design.
  • Procure of tools and materials.
