YOU WILL BE WORKING ON:
Financial Management and Analysis
  • Process and manage Accounts Payable (AP) transactions in compliance with policies, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing, payments, and vendor statement reconciliation, while resolving any payment‑related inquiries.
  • Perform month‑end AP activities, including preparing journal entries, conducting reconciliations, and providing schedules for audit purposes.
  • Review and respond to supplier inquiries, collaborate with the team to resolve AP‑related issues, and conduct annual supplier evaluations.
  • Conduct fixed assets verification to ensure proper recording and tagging and assist with auditors’ requests during internal and year‑end financial audits.
  • Prepare and distribute Budget Utilization Reports to all departments and support financial management by ensuring AP procedures align with standard operating procedures (SOP).
Team Management & Internal Collaboration
  • Contribute to the development and execution of SCAPE’s overall strategic plan and vision.
WHO YOU ARE:
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Finance, Corporate governance and/or administration or similar role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record‑keeping.
  • Proficiency in MS Office skills will be advantageous.
  • Resourceful, and able to work independently as well as a team member to meet deadlines.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must be creative, self‑motivated, disciplined and able to work both independently and in teams.
