A leading engineering company in Singapore is seeking a skilled administrative professional to provide secretarial support to the Engineering Department. Responsibilities include handling enquiries, preparing documents, and maintaining an efficient filing system. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to multi-task. This position requires 5.5 working days at Mandai Estate.
Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to the Engineering Dept. Handle emails and enquiries. Prepare PO, SO and Quotation. Assist in coordinate with contractors & supplier. Schedule appointments with clients requirement. Engage and liaise closely with other departments/teams to ensure the operation flows effectively. Maintain proper filing system, including data management and file sharing. Perform any other ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by Head of Engineer. Strong knowledge in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) Able to multi-task. 5.5 working days at Mandai Estate.
