Job description:

6 Months' Maternity Cover from October 2025

Reporting to the Manager, Clinical Administration Office, you will play a vital role in supporting the various initatives in clinical services across Medical, Nursing and Allied Health departments. Your primary responsibility will be providing administrative support to Directors, Managers, clinicians and staff in the delivery of clinical care. You will also continuously participate in projects focused on enhancing patient care, safety standards and operational efficiency, helping to identify areas for improvement to ensure smooth and effective operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Preferably at least 2 years of working experience
  • Good writing skills, meticulous and organised with good planning skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and supervise junior staff.
  • Experience in healthcare setting will be an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
