Job description
  • Menu Development: Create and update innovative menus, including seasonal and special dishes that appeal to customers.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, cook, and present meals with consistent quality and exceptional flavor.
  • Kitchen Supervision: Lead and supervise kitchen staff, delegate tasks, and monitor overall performance.
  • Inventory & Cost Control: Manage stock levels, order ingredients, control food costs, and minimize waste.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure every dish meets the required standards in taste, presentation, and portion size.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and ensure proper sanitation practices are followed.
  • Training & Development: Train, mentor, and support junior cooks and kitchen assistants to improve their skills.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with restaurant management to align culinary offerings with business goals and customer expectations.
