A recruitment agency is seeking a candidate for a 6-month renewable contract position in Singapore. This position will start off as 6 months renewable contract.

Required to work in 2 locations as and when required (Both at Changi)

Duties

The Singapore Aviation Academy (SAA) is the training arm of the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore. It drives capability development for the Singapore air hub and provides capacity building for the international community. To ensure SAA’s continued relevance and to establish it as a centre of excellence for aviation knowledge, the SAA is undergoing a transformation of curriculum and learning spaces, including the development of an Aviation Gallery.

You will work closely with curators and project managers to develop content and engaging gallery spaces that showcase Singapore's rich aviation history and inspire future generations of aviation professionals.

• Researching and gathering of aviation history and related artefacts, historical documents, oral histories, and multimedia content for gallery displays.
• Cataloguing and documentation of aviation memorabilia, historical photographs and other relevant documents, and the verification of historical information to ensure accuracy and authenticity.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to assist in the development/creation of content and interactive exhibition layouts and heritage artefact displays.
• Provide administrative support for gallery development project including scheduling, correspondence, meeting coordination, budget tracking and procurement of exhibition and related materials.

Working Hour

Mon to Fri: 8.30am to 6pm
